(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of February 7, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Chuoi listened to a report on the implementation status of a number of key city projects in 2020. Attending were representatives of leaders of departments, branches and related units.
Accordingly, the coastal road project has a length of nearly 30 km with its starting point at the intersection of provincial road 353 at Dong Neo intersection in Do Son district and its ending point on Highway 37 in Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province. The project strives to be completed by the end of 2021.

According to the report of the Project Management Board (Project Management Board) for investment in construction of traffic works in Hai Phong, as of February 5, the investment project to build a coastal road section through Hai Phong city and 9km in Thai Binh province in the form of public-private partnership (coastal road project), on site clearance work (clearance) in Hai Phong city, has been completed. Approved plans for 1,523/1,523 households, paid for 1,503/1,523 households. (Tien Lang district has 20 households that have not received money and Kien Thuy district has 2 households requesting resettlement).
For Thai Binh province, 693/710 households have been approved, and payments have been made to 692/710 households. Regarding construction progress, up to now the construction volume is estimated to reach 386 billion VND (about 15.66% of construction value). The total volume of implementation reached 549.10 billion VND (about 14.57% of the BOT contract value).
The project was allocated VND 720 billion in Government bond capital for site clearance work in Hai Phong city. To date, 587 billion VND has been disbursed.
The investment project to build Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road, section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con street intersection includes 2 projects: Nguyen Van Linh intersection project (including overpass and intersection roundabout) was completed and put into operation on May 9, 2019. The project of the trunk road from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to the intersection of Cho Con street and the bridge over Sen Lake with a length of nearly 1.6 km is currently clearing the site and constructing the route.

At the same time, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Chuan requested: Tien Lang districtcontinue to advocate and persuade cases where the premises have not been handed over; The investor directs the construction unit to return irrigation works in Tien Lang district; Relevant departments and branches proposed to pay site clearance compensation to the remaining 2 households in Kien Thuy district.
For the investment project to build Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road, the section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to the intersection of Cho Con street and the investment project to build technical infrastructure of the resettlement area at A51 (Groups 24, 26 and 27) Vinh Niem ward, Le Chan district, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Chuoi request the Project Management Board, Le Chan District and relevant departments and branches to urgently complete project adjustment procedures to submit to the Appraisal Council; Report to the City People's Committee and submit it to the City People's Council at the next meeting.
