(Haiphong.gov.vn) – In order to strongly improve the business environment, rapidly increase the number of newly established businesses; reduce the rate of enterprises dissolving and ceasing operations; reduce input costs, opportunity costs, and unofficial costs for businesses and people; contributing to the successful implementation of the City and Government's Resolution on socio-economic development. At the same time, strive to achieve the targets according to the city's 2019 - 2020 Competitiveness Index (PCI) Enhancement Plan to improve the business environment, contributing to the whole country improving the ranking on the business environment rankings by 10 levels, improving competitiveness by 5 levels, and promoting innovation.n 3 - 4 levels, e-Government up 10 - 15 levels; The City People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 25/KH-UBND on February 3, 2020 to implement Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 1, 2020 of the Government on continuing to implement key tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness in 2020 in Hai Phong city.
