Based on the Prime Minister's direction in Official Dispatch No. 6609/VPCP-KTTH dated July 13, 2018 of the Government Office on promoting the implementation and payment of the 2018 public investment capital plan, the City People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 4016/VP-TC1 dated August 20, 2018 directed the contents to promote the implementation and payment of the city's 2018 public investment capital plan, striving to complete the assigned plan.
