Assign the Department of Information and Communications to direct newspaper and radio units in the city to report on the Prime Minister's instructions for agencies and units to know and implement. Assign the Department of Industry and Trade to urge agencies and units to implement the tasks assigned by the City People's Committee.

Drivers of vehicles transporting goods (without passengers) across borders, flight crews, and crew from epidemic areas are allowed to enter and exit borders (including international border gates, national border gates by road, sea, rail, and air), but must apply epidemic prevention and control measures.Close and strict medical management and supervision; Only allowed to go to the goods delivery point or quarantine point at the border gate area, not allowed to go further inland; ensuring complete elimination of possible risks of disease transmission.
