First Party Congress of Hoa Binh ward (Thuy Nguyen city), term 2025-2030

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On February 21 and 22, the Party Committee of Hoa Binh ward (Thuy Nguyen city) organized the first congress, term 2025-2030. This is the first unit chosen by the Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee to organize a grassroots congress in the city.

Attending the Congress were comrade Pham Van Lap, Head of Working Group No. 4 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Council; comrades in the Working Group to direct the Hai Phong City Party Congress; leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, committees and unions of Thuy Nguyen city and 161 official delegates representing 359 party members of the entire Party Committee of Hoa Binh ward.

Comrade Pham Van Lap, Head of Working Group No. 4 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Council attended the Congress. 

In the 2020 - 2025 term, in the context of many difficulties and challenges, the entire Party Committee, government, army and people of Hoa Binh ward promote the tradition of solidarity, strive constantly, with high political determination, closely follow reality, be dynamic and creative, successfully implement the Congress Resolution, basically completing 19/19 targets set out by the Party Congress Resolution.

The work of building the Party, the political system and mobilizing the People has been strengthened; The Party Committee's leadership role and the government's management effectiveness continue to be promoted. Activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to be innovated. The economy continues to grow; State budget revenue exceeds set targets. Socio-economic infrastructure is invested; Many projects have been put into effective use. In 2022, the locality will be recognized as meeting model new rural standards. By the end of 2024, the ward will have no poor households.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, Hoa Binh Ward Party Committee strives to have a clean and strong political system; Dedicated staff, meeting task requirements well; effectively promote resources, build a civilized and modern ward, oriented to be the political and administrative center of Thuy Nguyen city; have developed trade and services; green, clean, beautiful, environmentally friendly landscape; Guaranteed social security and sustainable development of cultural values; strong national defense and security; People's material and spiritual lives are improved. To achieve this goal, the Congress set out 16 targets on socio-economic development with groups of specific solutions and tasks.

The Congress launched the new Party Executive Committee; electing a delegation to attend the Thuy Nguyen City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; synthesize opinions and contribute to documents of the 14th Party Congress, political reports of the Thuy Nguyen City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; approved the draft resolution of the Congress./.
