Announcing information about land areas inside and outside the Industrial Park that need to attract investors

Implementing the assigned tasks in Plan No. 173/KH-UBND dated July 26, 2025 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong city, the Department of Finance has issued Document No. 7054/STC-QLDTNNS dated October 10, 2025, Document No.  8491/STCQLDTNNS dated November 13, 2025 requesting Departments, branches and People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones propose information about projects and land areas that need to call for and attract investors; At the same time, appoint focal officers to coordinate with the Department of Finance to carry out investment promotion, introduce locations and guide investors during project implementation. To date, the Department of Finance has received proposed information from 16 People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones (including: 58 land plots, of which: Eastern Hai Phong area: 55 land plots and Western Hai Phong area: 03 land plots).
In order to create equal access to land for investors, organizations and individuals wishing to invest and implement investment projects using land in the city, the Department of Finance respectfully requests the City Electronic Information Portal to post information about land plots (with a list of land plots attached), specifically as follows:
1. Name of posted content: List of land plots that need to attract interested investors to be implemented in Hai Phong city.
2. Posting category: Investment and land information.
3. Agency in charge of construction: Department of Finance.
4. Posting time: Posted and updated quarterly (before the 25th of the last month of the quarter).
The Department of Finance looks forward to receiving the attention and coordination of the City Electronic Information Portal./.
