DECISION
On the promulgation of the Quality Management System compliant with National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015

DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decision No. 19/2014/QD-TTg dated March 5, 2014, of the Prime Minister on the application of the Quality Management System according to National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2008 to the operations of agencies and organizations within the state administrative system;
Pursuant to Decision No. 4109/QD-BKHCN dated December 31, 2015, of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the promulgation of national standards;
Pursuant to Decision No. 69/2025/QD-UBND dated July 1, 2025, on the Regulations on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Finance of Hai Phong City;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2884/QD-UBND dated July 17, 2025, of the City People's Committee on the promulgation of the List of standardized administrative procedures within the scope and management functions of the Department of Finance;
At the proposal of the Chief of the Office of the Department of Finance.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To promulgate the Quality Management System at the Department of Finance compliant with National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 as stipulated in Decision No. 19/2014/QD-TTg dated March 5, 2014, of the Prime Minister for the areas of activity in the Appendix enclosed with this Decision.
Article 2. The Department's leadership, the Chief of Office, heads of departments under the Department, and relevant units and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
