Total local budget expenditure in 2023 is estimated to reach 36,897.4 billion VND, equal to 130.51% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government and 93.28% of the estimate assigned by the City People's Council; Local budget balance expenditure is estimated at 34,808.2 billion VND, equal to 129.79% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government and 92.88% of the estimate of the City People's Council.
