(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of February 21, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on organizational structure and personnel work of the city's political system; met and praised officials who retired before their age for arranging and streamlining the organizational structure for the development of Hai Phong city.
