On the afternoon of October 4, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Thanh chaired a meeting to listen to departments, branches and localities report on the situation of resolving business recommendations at the regular business dialogue conference last September.
According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, after the September business dialogue, the number of recommendations that need to be answered in this October dialogue conference is 14 recommendations, related to the fields of 11 departments, branches, localities and units.
However, as of the afternoon of October 3, the general agency had not received responses to 7 recommendations under the responsibility of 8 departments, branches and localities. Specifically, Ngo Quyen and Do Son districts, Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Industry and Trade, Construction, Transportation, Hai Phong Electricity Company Limited and Vinh Bao Electricity Branch.
After listening to the report on the process of specifically resolving each petition of a business, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Thanh pointed out the contents that need to be answered definitively at the next October conference. The Vice Chairman directed a number of departments, branches and localities to focus on resolving the remaining contents and recommendations, reporting to the city before October 10.
