According to a report from the Department of Construction, there are currently 31 social housing projects in the city with a total scale of about 36,600 units. Of these, 9 projects have started construction with a scale of about 15,000 units; 16 projects have selected investors and are completing procedures to start construction with about 18,900 units and 6 projects have investment policies and are selecting investors with a scale of about 2,700 units.
