For the investment project to build and renovate the Water Trough road from the foot of Binh bridge connecting to road 359 in Nui Deo town, because the investment project to build a resettlement area is implemented later and independently of the Water Trough Road project, thus greatly affecting the construction progress as well as the overall progress of the project.
