The Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road project, the section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con street intersection, has a total area of recovered land of 59,254.5 m2 (including organizations, roads and a total of 470/539 plots of land) in the areas of Du Hang Kenh, Du Hang, Hang Kenh and Trai Cau wards, Le Chan district.

Up to now, the District People's Committee has completed the inventory of 470 households = 539 plots (in 3 wards); Carry out compensation payment and support for 361/470 households with a total cost of 716.054 billion VND with an area of 25,793.73 m2; has temporarily handed over to the investor an area of 24,303.43 m2.
For 21 households that have received money but have not yet handed over the premises (20 households in Du Hang Kenh ward and 1 household in Hang Kenh ward), the district continues to direct departments, units and People's Committees of the wards to encourage households to move assets and hand over premises before August 31, 2020. Du Hang Kenh Ward still has 106 households that have not received compensation or support (including 52 residential land households and 54 agricultural land households), total amount of 128,832 billion with an area of 10,410.11 m2; Funding sources have not yet been allocated to pay compensation and support.

To ensure the progress of land clearance and handover to the contractor for construction items, Le Chan District People's Committee requested the City People's Committee to soon arrange funding to pay compensation, support and land clearance for the remaining households; Consider the policy for the district to proactively approve households renting apartments in social housing areas in Vinh Niem ward.

The A51 Resettlement Area project in Vinh Niem ward has a total area recovered to implement the project of 102,699.5 m2, including 292 households in Vinh Niem ward. The district held a meeting with households to announce land recovery policies and issued land recovery notices to each household and individual and planned to implement the project in 2 phases.

Phase 1 is expected to clear 137 households with an area of 80,497.8 m2; Currently, 125/137 households have been inventoried, compensation and support plans have been approved for 121/125 households, compensation and support have been paid to 108/123 households, there are still 17/121 approved households that have not received money. Phase 2 includes the remaining households mainly using urban residential land with 156 households with residential land, an area of 10,635.9 m2; 17/46 households have been inventoried, equivalent to 13/55 plots, the inventoried area is 799.6 m2.
To implement the project, it is necessary to arrange for 46 households who have built houses, have stable housing, are not eligible for land allocation for resettlement, and have no other place to live in the ward. Le Chan District requested the City People's Committee to agree on the policy of allowing households to rent social housing to stabilize their lives; Early approval of specific residential land prices to calculate compensation and support for residential land households.
