Give comments on draft resolutions submitted to the 20th session (thematic session) of the XVI City People's Council

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of November 8, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council met to check, listen and give opinions on the draft Resolutions submitted by the City People's Committee at the 20th Session (thematic session) of the XVI City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026. Comrade Pham Van Lap, Member of the City Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee and leaders of relevant departments, branches, branches and units.

The 20th session (thematic session) will consider and give opinions on the following contents: Regulation of criteria to decide on bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the city. Give your opinion on the issuance of the Decision of the City People's Committee stipulating the percentage (%) to calculate the annual land rental price; Unit price for renting land to build underground works, unit price for renting land with water surface in Hai Phong city. Regulating the authority to decide on procurement of goods, services and investment, procurement of information technology application activities using only regular funds. Adjustment (4th time) City public investment plan in 2024. List of investment projects requiring land recovery, expected state budget capital allocated tocompensation and site clearance; List of investment projects using rice land, protective forest land, special-use forests, and production forests in the city. Adjust the investment policy of the Investment Project to build the Square in front of the Political - Administrative Center in the North Cam River New Urban Area - phase I and carry out human resource work according to regulations.

At the meeting, representatives of the Committees of the City People's Council reported preliminary results of verification of draft Resolution documents and basically agreed with the content of the draft Resolutions to ensure the basis, order and procedures according to the provisions of law. At the same time, the drafting agency is requested to add a number of contents to the draft Resolution to ensure rigor and quality.
