(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of June 29, Hai Phong Electricity Company Limited organized the energizing and sign-adding ceremony of the Kien Thuy 110kV Transformer Station and Line Project. This is a project to celebrate the 55th Anniversary of the establishment of the Northern Power Corporation.
In attendance were comrades: Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan; Nguyen Duc Thien, General Director of Northern Power Corporation; along with numerous representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and units.
>The Kien Thuy 110kV transformer station and line project was officially put into operation.
With a total investment of more than 125.2 billion VND, the scale of the project to build a new 110kV line with a length of more than 3.3 km; TBA110KV is installed with 2 630KVA transformers - phase 1, with a full system of income, metering, surveillance cameras, and automatic fire protection to ensure that the substation is put into operation in remote control substation mode, allowing connection and exchange of communication protocols with the regional remote control center.
>After 6 months of construction, the Kien Thuy 110kV transmission line and substation project has now been completed, energized and put into operation. The project was assigned to Hai Phong Electricity Company Limited to be managed by the Northern Electricity Corporation according to Decision No. 245 dated June 27, 2022 with the goal of meeting the increased demand for domestic and industrial load of Kien Thuy district and at the same time providing backup power for neighboring areas, including: Do Son, Kien An, Duong Kinh.

Speaking at the ceremony, leader of the Northern Power Corporation Nguyen Duc Thien and Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan praised the Hai Phong City Power Grid Project Management Board for closely coordinating with contractors, focusing human and material resources with a fierce spirit, ensuring project quality, and executing construction according to design to put the Project into operation as planned. The Kien Thuy 110Kv transmission line and substation project being put into operation contributes to ensuring power quality, improving the reliability of power supply for industrial parks and industrial clusters in Kien Thuy district and neighboring areas, reducing the power supply radius, reducing voltage loss of the medium voltage grid in the area, creating medium voltage loop circuits with neighboring 110Kv stations.
