The total land area used for the project is 71,000m2, divided into 2 phases: phase 1, investment in construction of the executive building, 3-storey bus station; Parking lots for buses and taxis to drop off passengers, and parking lots for cars to pick up passengers; gates, fences, trees, flower gardens, transformer stations...; Phase 2, investing in the construction of an operating house, security house, vehicle maintenance and repair service area, internal roads...
