The investment project to build an interprovincial bus station (Hai Thanh Bus Station) in Hai Thanh ward, Duong Kinh district, is invested and built as a type 1 bus station according to national technical regulations. The total land area used for the project is 71,000m2, divided into 2 phases: phase 1, investment in construction of the executive building, 3-storey bus station; Parking lots for buses and taxis to drop off passengers, and parking lots for cars to pick up passengers; gates, fences, trees, flower gardens, transformer stations...; Phase 2, investing in the construction of an operating house, security house, vehicle maintenance and repair service area, internal roads... The project has a total investment capital of 101 billion VND, expected to complete the project in January 2021 and put it into operation.
