1. Commencement of the Apartment Complex and Commercial Services Project at Lot B - Lach Tray Riverfront Urban Area Project, Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District:
– Investor: Minato Vietnam Co., Ltd.
– Investment scale: 2 towers with a height of 26 floors.
– Total investment: 2,213.4 billion VND.
– Investment capital source: Enterprise capital.
– Implementation time: Expected on May 11, 2019.
2. Commencement of Hoa River Bridge Project:
– Investor: Hai Phong Bridge Project Management Board.
– Investment scale:
+ Construction of a permanent bridge to replace the pontoon bridge, 254.1m long, 12m wide.
+ Construction of a sloping road at both ends of the bridge is 625.9m long, the roadbed is 12m wide, the road surface is 11m wide with asphalt concrete structure and accompanying lighting systems and signs.
– Investment capital source: City budget.
– Implementation time: Expected May 9, 2019.
3. Inauguration of the different-level intersection category (including the overpass on Nguyen Van Linh street) and commencement of the trunk road category of the Ho Sen Road - Cau Rao 2 Project, the section from the Nguyen Van Linh intersection to the intersection of Cho Con street:
– Investor: Hai Phong Bridge Project Management Board.
– Investment scale:
+ Construction of a different-level intersection according to the direct overpass plan on Nguyen Van Linh street, arch bridge architecture, bridge length 288.2m, main span 100m long, bridge deck width 19m; Branch roads on both sides of the bridge, roadbed 10.5m wide; The road surface is 7.5m and the sidewalk is 3m wide.
+ Construction of the main road from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con street intersection with a total route length of 1,690.87m, roadbed width from 32.5m to 35m, asphalt concrete pavement structure.
+ Construction of urban technical infrastructure systems, including drainage, lighting, artistic lighting, trees and technical tunnels.

– Implementation time: Expected on May 9, 2019.
4. Commencement of Haphofood Fruit and Vegetable Processing Factory in Tien Lang:
– Investor: Lavifood Joint Stock Company
– Investment scale: Fruit and vegetable processing factory with a capacity of 150,000 tons/year on a land area of 50 hectares in Tien Lang Industrial Cluster.
– Investment capital source: Enterprise capital.
– Implementation time: Expected date May 10, 2019.
5. Inauguration of the Tam Bac River Rehabilitation Project (section from Lac Long bridge to Tam Bac park):
– Investor: Hong Bang District People's Committee.
– Investment scale:
+ Improving Tam Bac street with a length of 1.4 km; The Lu street is 1.1 km long.
+ Construction of 2 embankments with a total length of 2.8 km along Tam Bac river using prestressed reinforced concrete sheet pile structure, above the embankment, reinforced concrete cap beams are poured; dredging the river bed.
+ Building technical infrastructure systems: planting trees; rainwater drainage, wastewater, clean water supply and fire prevention and fighting systems; electrical and lighting systems; communication system.
+ Construction of technical infrastructure in Ha Ly ward resettlement area.
– Investment capital source: City budget.
– Implementation time: Expected May 9, 2019.
In the program, Hong Bang District People's Committee will release 20 pairs of swans into the Tam Bac River in the project area.
6. Inauguration of Hai Phong Traditional Medicine Hospital Project (phase I):
– Investor: Department of Health.
– Total investment: 188,742 billion VND.
– Investment capital source : City budget.
– Implementation time: Expected May 9, 2019.
7. Opening ceremony of 3 new routes from Hai Phong of Bamboo Airlines:
– 3 new routes from Cat Bi airport (Hai Phong) to City. Ho Chi Minh, Can Tho, Quy Nhon.
– Opening time: May 10, 2019.
8. Inauguration of Neonatal Center - Hai Phong Obstetrics Hospital:
– Inauguration time: Expected date May 13, 2019
