(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung has just signed Decision 2299/QD-UBND transferring the task of collecting fees for using works, infrastructure, service works, and public utilities in the Hai Phong seaport border gate area from the Department of Finance to the Hai Phong Inland Waterway Port Authority under the Department of Transport, effective from the date of implementation.
