On the afternoon of October 13, the City People's Committee Office held a conference to hand over the City Electronic Information Portal from the Department of Information and Communications to the City People's Committee Office for management, operation and exploitation. According to Decision No. 2554/QD-UBND dated October 2, 2017 of the City People's Committee, transferring the City Electronic Information Portal from the Department of Information and Communications to the City People's Committee Office for direct management, operation and exploitation from October 15, 2017. The City People's Committee assigned the Chief of the City People's Committee Office to continue to maintain and organize the management, operation and exploitation of the City Electronic Information Portal to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations; Develop a project to upgrade the City Electronic Information Portal to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; Proposing to consolidate the Editorial Board of the City Electronic Information Portal system and amend the Operating Regulations of the City Electronic Information Portal, reporting to the City People's Committee for decision.
At the Conference, the Directors of the Department of Information and Communications and the Chief of Office of the City People's Committee signed the handover minutes. The transfer content includes: facilities, working equipment, records, documents, and finances related to the City Electronic Information Portal, which is currently managed by the Information and Communications Center under the Department of Information and Communications and managed by the City People's Committee Office.
