(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of October 25, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council held a meeting to agree on the contents expected to be presented at the 20th Meeting (thematic) and the regular meeting at the end of 2024 of the City People's Council. Comrade Pham Van Lap, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council chaired the meeting.
