The project has a capacity of 1,500 seats, 3 floors and 1 basement.

Vietnam Airports Corporation - Joint Stock Company (ACV) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Project "Expanding the aircraft apron of Cat Bi International Airport - Phase 2". Cat Bi International Airport is one of the key airports in the national airport network system, playing a strategic role in the socio-economic development of Hai Phong city, the Northern coastal region and the Red River Delta region. The project has attracted 8 investors from Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, with an occupancy rate of 52% of the leased land area. At So Dau New Urban Area 2A, So Dau Ward, Hong Bang District People's Committee in collaboration with Japanese Route Inn Group held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of a 5-star hotel construction project - A project to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Liberation of Hai Phong (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) - City of Heroes. The architectural highlight is the hanging curtain system reminiscent of the Japanese "Sudare" style and details bearing the characteristic red color of poinciana flowers - the symbolic flower of Hai Phong city. Total project investment capital is about 907 billion VND.
