a) Execution order:
– Step 1: The investor submits the application for renewal of the Investment Registration Certificate to the Financial Institution.
– Step 2: The Department of Finance issues the Investment Registration Certificate to the investor.
b) How to do it:
– Directly at the administrative agency headquarters.
– Through the public postal service.
c) Profile components:
– Document requesting change of Investment Registration Certificate.
– Copy of Investment License, Investment Incentive Certificate, Investment Certificate or documents of equivalent legal value.
d) Number of documents: 01 set of documents.
đ) Resolution deadline:
The Department of Finance shall issue and replace the Investment Registration Certificate to the investor within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the application.

The Department of Finance receives applications for renewal of Investment Registration Certificate.

Investors whose investment projects are granted Investment Licenses, Investment Incentive Certificates, Investment Certificates or documents of equivalent legal value before the effective date of the Investment Law may switch to operating under the Investment Registration Certificate.
