After listening to the report of the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District on site clearance and forced land recovery in Document No. 275/BC-UBND dated June 6, 2024 and opinions of members attending the meeting, the Chairman of the City People's Committee concluded that the settlement of compensation, support and resettlement for Ms. Pham Thi Mai's household has been reviewed and inspected by the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District, Departments and branches, ensuring compliance with regulations of the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District. law. >Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung concluded the meeting.
The fact that Ms. Pham Thi Mai's household requested to be allocated 05 resettlement land lots, Ngo Quyen District People's Committee assigned 01 resettlement land lot to the household is a priority compared to other households because the land origin is not residential land. The Chairman of the City People's Committee agreed to the policy of allowing Mrs. Pham Thi Mai's household to choose 01 resettlement land plot with the best location and largest area in the remaining resettlement land fund in Ngo Quyen district to build housing.
Request that Mrs. Pham Thi Mai and her children: Nguyen Thi Mai Hoa, Nguyen Mai Ngoc, Nguyen Thi Tuyet Lan, Nguyen Thi Mai Huong coordinate with the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen district to move all assets out of the land before June 20, 2024. If after the above time, Ms. Pham Thi Mai's household and her children still do not agree with the above content and do not carry out procedures to receive the property back (temporarily held by the Ngo Quyen District People's Committee), assign the Ngo Quyen District People's Committee to organize the removal of worship objects and photos of Ms. Pham Thi Mai's household (including photos of 03 martyrs: Nguyen Van Am, Nguyen Van Kham and Nguyen Van Tham) to Nguyet Quang Pagoda (address 59 Dong Khe Street, Ngo District). Rights); Other assets were moved to Dong Khe Ward People's Committee and the remaining works were dismantled and the site was handed over to the investor to implement the project according to regulations.
Request Master Thich Dieu Dat - Abbot of Nguyet Quang Pagoda to receive worship items and arrange places for worship and incense for the martyrs: Nguyen Van Am, Nguyen Van Kham and Nguyen Van Tham.
>Place of the area where land acquisition enforcement will be carried out.
