On the morning of June 10, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association organized the Award Ceremony for the Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026, themed "Inherent Resilience - Elevating Vietnamese Entrepreneurs."
Attending the program from the Central level were comrades: Nguyen Van Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; Bui Quang Huy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; leaders of central departments, ministries, and agencies.
Attending from Hai Phong City were comrade Do Thanh Trung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee, and leaders of relevant departments, agencies, and units. Representatives of Young Entrepreneurs Associations from provinces, cities, affiliated units, and honored young entrepreneurs also participated.

To encourage and motivate young Vietnamese entrepreneurs with excellent startup achievements, create a competitive movement among young entrepreneurs, and promote the production and business activities of enterprises, since 2015, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association have organized the selection and award program for Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs. Through 9 implementations, the Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs selection program has honored 730 exemplary young entrepreneurs, becoming a prestigious activity of the Youth Union, the Federation, and the Vietnamese Young Entrepreneurs movement.
In 2026, the selection and award program for Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs received hundreds of nominations nationwide. After rigorous, objective preliminary rounds and practical evaluations, the Selection Council chose and honored 86 Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026, including awarding the Top 10 Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026 to the most exemplary individuals. Additionally, the Organizing Committee decided to award the Honorary Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneur of 2026 title to 01 young entrepreneur with disabilities, recognizing their contributions to creating livelihoods, connecting communities, and opening up more opportunities for vulnerable people to live by their own abilities.
Enterprises managed by the Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026 achieved a total revenue of 4,453 billion VND in 2025, a profit of 95.8 billion VND, contributed 48.34 billion VND to the state budget, and created jobs for 3,726 employees. Specifically, the Top 10 Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026 achieved a total revenue of 1,886 billion VND, a profit of 37.31 billion VND, and created jobs for 729 employees.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Federation, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, expressed his wish that the Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026 would not only be recognized with a title but also continue to inspire others. He encouraged them to do business with aspiration, innovation, legitimately enrich themselves, and from that success, contribute more to their homeland and country. The Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association committed to continuing to accompany young startup entrepreneurs, striving to build and improve the support ecosystem through networking, consulting, training, trade promotion, investment, and digital transformation activities; creating conditions for young entrepreneurs to meet, learn from the experience of previous generations of entrepreneurs, access development resources, expand markets, and participate more deeply in major programs of the Association, including the Vietnam Private Economic Forum, intra-bloc trade activities, and programs supporting innovation and sustainable development.

Delivering a keynote speech and congratulating the Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Van Thang acknowledged and commended the 87 Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026, especially the 10 most exemplary individuals awarded the Top 10 Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026 title. He emphasized that as the country enters a new era of development, entrepreneurship is not just about establishing businesses, but must be linked with science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, modern governance, business integrity, and social responsibility.
The Deputy Prime Minister hoped that young entrepreneurs would continue to nurture greater ambitions, learn faster, manage better, innovate more strongly, and integrate more deeply. He urged them not just to start businesses to survive, but to start businesses to compete, to lead, and to contribute more to the country.



The Deputy Prime Minister requested all levels, sectors, the Youth Union, the Federation, and the young entrepreneur community to continue strongly igniting the aspiration to start businesses, establish careers, legitimately enrich themselves, and foster a spirit of dedication to the country in every Vietnamese youth; to improve the quality of the ecosystem supporting young entrepreneurs and startup businesses. The Vietnam Youth Federation and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association need to continue to innovate their operating methods; not only organize honoring events, but also design post-honoring support mechanisms, forming a network of mentors, connecting, supporting management, market access, finance, technology, and branding to enable businesses to grow substantially. He urged the promotion of businesses and young entrepreneurs to lead in science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and green transition. Each young enterprise needs to proactively invest in knowledge, human resources, data, technology, and quality standards; considering productivity, innovation, and modern governance as the foundation of competitiveness. He called for strengthening linkages between young entrepreneurs and large enterprises, leading enterprises in the supply chain, research institutes, universities, investment funds, financial organizations, and state agencies. The young entrepreneur community needs to build a business culture responsible to the country, society, and upholding the law. Each young entrepreneur must be an inspiration for the will to strive, and at the same time, an example of integrity, responsibility, and service.






The Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that the Government would continue to accompany the business community and entrepreneurs, especially young startup entrepreneurs; focusing on perfecting institutions, strongly improving the investment and business environment towards transparency, openness, and low costs; accelerating the reduction of administrative procedures and business conditions; supporting access to capital, land, data, science and technology, digital transformation, markets, and human resources; promptly identifying and addressing practical difficulties; to create favorable and safe conditions for young people to confidently start businesses, innovate, and develop.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the program was organized in Hai Phong – a gateway to integration, where the spirit of industry, discipline, innovation, and aspiration to reach further is always strongly present. From the Port City, the message "Inherent Resilience - Elevating Vietnamese Entrepreneurs" takes on even deeper meaning. The Deputy Prime Minister expressed confidence that with the leadership of the Party, the administration of the Government, the engagement of the entire political system, the companionship of the Youth Union and the Federation, and the self-efforts of the entrepreneur community, the startup movement of Vietnamese youth would continue to develop strongly and substantively, making worthy contributions to the goal of building a powerful, prosperous, flourishing, civilized, and happy Vietnam.

At the Award Ceremony for Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026, Hai Phong City had 7 young entrepreneurs honored in the program. Among them: The Top 10 Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026 included Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, General Director of Trang Khanh Investment Joint Stock Company. The Top 100 Outstanding Young Startup Entrepreneurs of 2026 included: Mr. Pham Van Hau, Director of VHunter Event Organization Co., Ltd.; Mr. Nguyen Cong Viet, Director of Thien Thanh Vietnam Trading Co., Ltd.; Mr. Nguyen Bui Viet, Executive Director of HOHA Nutrition Technology Joint Stock Company; Mr. Pham Quang Thanh, General Director of PQT Investment Joint Stock Company; Mr. Do Van Hieu, General Director of SunGo Group Joint Stock Company; Ms. Hoang Thi Lua, Director of Sky Service and Event Co., Ltd./.
