Based on the review and assessment, there are recommendations and proposals to amend, supplement, abolish, replace, and promulgate new documents to ensure maximum application of superior policies that are more beneficial to the people and officials and civil servants of the two localities after the merger; At the same time, it does not create a gap in the administration and implementation of policies, especially social security and social policies.
