(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of June 3, the City Border Guard Party Committee held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution 689-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission on preventing, combating, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, disasters, and rescue. 10 years (2014-2024) of implementing Resolution 689 of the Central Military Commission, the City Border Guard Command has organized training for nearly 4,400 officers and soldiers on natural disaster prevention skills, search and rescue, fire protection...; mobilized to participate in drills to respond to natural disasters, disasters and fire prevention and control at the city level in 02 batches/150 officers, 06 ships, 11 boats; District level: 26 batches/522 officers/07 ships, 36 boats, 04 cars; Organized announcements and calls for 127,452 PTs and cages/440,188 workers; Required to relocate 1,342 vehicles, support cranes to tow 358 vehicles, forced 641 workers off the ship to mooring position to avoid storms to ensure safety.
