On the morning of September 30, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee met, listened to reports, and gave opinions on adjusting investment policies for a number of projects. Comrade Le Tien Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation chaired the meeting.
Attending the meeting were comrades: Do Manh Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Le Van Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council; Tran Van Quan, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee and representative leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches and units.
At the meeting, the City People's Committee Party Committee reported on the adjustment of investment policies for the following projects: Projects to build new emergency, technical, paraclinical and inpatient building blocks; medical, administrative, technical and inpatient services, Hai Duong General Hospital. Construction of pediatrics, surgery, reproductive health and obstetrics, internal medicine, technical and supporting infrastructure of Binh Giang Medical Center. Construction, renovation and upgrading of 3 provincial hospitals (Lung Hospital, Phong Chi Linh Hospital, Tropical Diseases Hospital).
Accordingly, the project builds new emergency building blocks; technical, paraclinical and inpatient skills; medical, administrative, technical and inpatient services, Hai Duong General Hospital. The investment objective is to ensure adequate facilities to serve medical examination and treatment for people at the Provincial General Hospital with a scale of 1,000 beds, contributing to improving the quality of the Hospital's operations, helping to reduce the referral rate, thereby reducing the burden on people in the area. The project has an investment scale of building 3 new blocks of houses; demolition of necessary items for new construction; New construction, renovation of outdoor items to ensure operation of new and existing building blocks.
Project to build a pediatric department, surgical department, reproductive health care department and obstetrics department, internal medicine department, technical and auxiliary infrastructure of Binh Giang Medical Center. The investment objective is to gradually improve the Center's facilities system, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment for people, while also helping to improve the working efficiency of medical staff at the Center. The scale of investment in building a new pediatrics department, surgery department, reproductive health care department and obstetrics department, internal medicine department has a scale of 5 floors, total floor area of about 5,250m2; renovate the reproductive health care department, hall, operating room, planning room, and current status archive; Construction of technical infrastructure and auxiliary works: fire protection system; processing systemwastewater; gates, fences, internal roads; electricity and water supply system; garage; general house; garbage storage; demolishing a number of old construction items: the surgical department - surgery - anesthesia and resuscitation department, the internal medicine department, the infectious disease department...
Project to build, renovate and upgrade 3 provincial hospitals (Lung Hospital, Phong Chi Linh Hospital, Tropical Diseases Hospital). The investment objective is to gradually improve facilities at hospitals, contributing to improving medical examination and treatment capacity, while meeting the requirements of strengthening the protection, care and improvement of people's health in the new situation.
At the meeting, the City People's Committee Party Committee proposed to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to adjust the total project investment, project implementation time, project implementation capital, project name, project location, investor name for the above projects.
After listening to the reports and opinions of the delegates, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee unanimously agreed to adjust the investment policy: Project to build new emergency, technical and paraclinical buildings; technical, paraclinical and inpatient skills; medical, administrative, technical and inpatient services, Hai Duong General Hospital. Construction of pediatrics, surgery, reproductive health and obstetrics, internal medicine, technical and supporting infrastructure of Binh Giang Medical Center. Construction, renovation and upgrading of 3 provincial hospitals (Lung Hospital, Phong Chi Linh Hospital, Tropical Diseases Hospital).
Comrade Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau stated clearly that adjusting the investment policy of these projects is expected to help medical facilities soon complete and synchronize facilities and equipment, thereby improving professional capacity and better meeting the people's increasing medical examination and treatment needs. He requested the City People's Committee and relevant departments to urgently complete the necessary procedures to soon deploy and speed up the progress of projects in accordance with regulations./.
