(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of September 24, Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo Member and Prime Minister, offered incense and planted a commemorative tree at the K15 Wharf Relic Complex and visited exemplary individuals in Do Son Ward.
Accompanying him, on the city's leadership side, were comrades: Le Ngoc Chau, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Sy Hiep, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Do Manh Hien, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; Do Thanh Trung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Le Van Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council.

At K15 Wharf, in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and the delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense, observing a minute of silence to remember and express gratitude to the heroic martyrs - the officers and soldiers of the Vietnam People's Navy who fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, construction, and defense. K15 Wharf was the starting point of the Ho Chi Minh Trail at sea during the anti-American resistance war - the departure point for the "no-number" ships, transporting aid to the Southern battlefield. Along this strategic maritime transport route, many brave naval officers and soldiers sacrificed their lives, forever resting in the embrace of the mother sea, contributing significantly to the nation's great victory.
The fragrant incense offered expressed deep gratitude to the naval soldiers who bravely sacrificed, contributing to the miracle on the maritime front - the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail. K15 Wharf is not only a "red address" in revolutionary tradition education but also a symbol of patriotism, indomitable will, and the noble sacrifice of generations of naval soldiers.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister and delegates planted a commemorative tree at the K15 Wharf Relic Complex.

Also during his working trip on the morning of September 24, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung visited the family of Comrade Le Viet Khan, an 80-year Party member, at 65 Suoi Rong, Ngoc Xuyen Residential Group, Do Son Ward.
Prime Minister Le Minh Hung cordially inquired about the health and life of Comrade Le Viet Khan and his family; expressing deep gratitude for the great contributions of Comrade Le Viet Khan - a veteran revolutionary cadre with extensive Party membership and life experience - to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation. The Prime Minister wished Comrade Le Viet Khan abundant health, longevity, and to continue to be a solid spiritual support for his children and grandchildren, setting an exemplary example for the younger generation to follow in the cause of building and developing the homeland and the country./.
