INVITATION TO OFFER PRICES FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES
To: Organizations/units providing Valuation consulting services.
Pursuant to the Bidding Law No. 22/2023/QH15 dated June 23, 2023;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2024/ND-CP dated February 27, 2024 of the Government
The Government details a number of articles and measures to implement the Bidding Law on selection
contractors;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2355/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2025 of the City People's Committee
Hai Phong City on approving the plan to handle confiscated evidence according to Decision
Decree No. 1093/QD-XPHC dated April 5, 2025 of the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee.
Pursuant to Decision No. 362/QD-STC dated July 11, 2025 of the Director of the Department of Finance
Hai Phong government on hiring a consulting unit to assess the volume, quality,
Price appraisal consulting unit, auction organization for confiscated assets to pay to the bank
State policy according to Decision No. 2535/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2025 of the Committee
city people;
Hai Phong Department of Finance invites units with sufficient capacity and experience
Providing commodity valuation services, with specific content as follows:
I. Content of request for quotation.
1. Goods appraised: 260 tons of 25% broken white rice, name KH Oryza
