Dear: Organizations/units providing Valuation consulting services.
Pursuant to the Bidding Law No. 22/2023/QH15 dated June 23, 2023;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2024/ND-CP dated February 27, 2024 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Bidding Law on contractor selection;
Hai Phong Department of Finance invites units with sufficient capacity and experience to provide commodity valuation services, with specific content as follows:
I. Content of request for quotation.
1. Goods appraised:

2. Purpose of valuation: As a basis for determining the value of goods to serve the handling of confiscated assets to confiscate state funds.
3. Location of valuation: Hai Phong City
4. Validity of quotation: Minimum 60 days from date of quotation.
