On June 16, 2015, the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Circular No. 05/2015/TT-BKHĐT detailing the preparation of bidding documents for goods procurement.
Circular No. 05/2015/TT-BKHĐT consists of 7 Articles and is accompanied by 2 mẫu hồ sơ mời thầu mua sắm hàng hóa (sample bidding documents for goods procurement); of which mẫu hồ sơ mời thầu mua sắm hàng hóa số 01 (Form No. 01) is applied to domestic open bidding and restricted bidding packages using the one-stage one-envelope method for contractor selection, and mẫu hồ sơ mời thầu mua sắm hàng hóa số 02 (Form No. 02) is applied to domestic open bidding and restricted bidding packages using the one-stage two-envelope method for contractor selection.
