(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of March 6, the City People's Committee held a meeting to listen to opinions of departments, branches, localities, reporting units and agree on the content to resolve the recommendations of businesses at the Business Dialogue Conference in March 2020. Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee chaired the conference. Attending were leaders of relevant departments, branches, localities and units.
At the meeting, there were 10 recommendations from 8 businesses that needed to be answered by departments, branches and localities at the business dialogue in March 2020, including: Hoa Phuong Trading Services Company Limited, Khanh Minh Company Limited, Damem Song Cam Shipbuilding Company Limited, Binh Son Minerals and Investment Company Limited, Vinh Co Group Joint Stock Company, Joint Stock Company Tan Long Constrexim Casting part, Vi Lam Trading and Packaging Company Limited, Harbor View Joint Stock Company.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Thanh assigned the Department of Construction to chair the meeting with relevant departments and branches to respond to the proposal of Vinh Co Group Joint Stock Company to send the results to the Department of Finance to summarize and report to the City People's Committee. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment has issued a document asking for opinions from the Department of Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance to respond to Harbor View Joint Stock Company's petition. The City People's Committee Office proposes a plan to resolve the petition of Damem Song Cam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. to report to the Chairman of the City People's Committee to respond to the petition of the business and the Dutch Embassy. Regarding the proposal of Tan Long Constrexim Casting Joint Stock Company, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is coordinating with the Company.Company completes documents to submit to the City People's Committee. With the petition of Khanh Minh Co., Ltd., the City Court is accepting and resolving the matter. At the same time, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Thanh requested departments, branches and localities to respond to businesses' recommendations and send the summary to the Department of Finance before March 12, 2020 to report to the City People's Committee. Departments, branches and localities focus and coordinate closely to unify the content of responses to businesses' recommendations to remove difficulties and obstacles, create favorable conditions for businesses to develop production and business, and contribute to promoting the city's socio-economic development.
