Hai Phong Department of Finance announces the selection of an auction organization with the following content:
1. Name and address of the person having the auctioned property:
– Name of unit: Hai Phong Department of Finance
– Address: No. 6 Hong Bang Street, Hong Bang Ward, Hai Phong City
2. Name of the asset, quantity and quality of the auctioned asset
– Asset name: Goods lot includes 74,092 tons of steel plates according to Decision Execution No. 806/QD-CTHADS dated April 25, 2024 of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Hai Phong City.
– Quantity: 74,092 tons of steel plates.
– Quality: Detailed characteristics of 74,092 tons of steel plates are shown in Inspection Certificate No. 348/N/122022 dated December 21, 2022 and No. 348-1/N/122022 dated December 22, 2022 of Bao Linh Trading Inspection Joint Stock Company.
3. Starting price:
Starting price of the auctioned asset: 740,920,000 VND (In words: Seven hundred forty million nine hundred and twenty thousand VND) equivalent to 10,000 VND/kg (In words: Ten thousand VND per kilogram).
4. Criteria for choosing an asset auction organization:
– Auction organizations registering to participate in the selection must have the criteria according to Appendix I of the Evaluation and Scoring Criteria Table issued with Circular No. 19/2024/TT BTP dated December 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice guiding the selection of asset auction organizations; – The auction organization registering to participate chooses to submit a complete and accurate set of documents declaring the contents according to the group of criteria specified in Article 33 of Circular 19/2024/TT-BTP dated December 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice.
5. Specifications for participation in selecting an asset auction organization:
– Documents include: Written request to participate in selection, Auction plan, Capacity profile, Self-scoring sheet of the auction organization.
– The auction organization is responsible for the information, papers and documents in its registration application to participate in selection.
6. Time and place to submit registration documents to participate in the auction:
– Application submission time: 03 working days From July 23, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. July 25, 2025 (During office hours).
The person submitting the application must bring a Letter of Introduction (Note: Applications that are not selected will not be returned).
– Application submission location: Public Asset Management Department - Hai Phong Department of Finance; Address No. 6 Hong Bang Street, Hong Bang Ward, Hai Phong City.
