The Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation will organize a meeting with voters before the 2nd Session of the 15th National Assembly on September 24, 2026. To facilitate the National Assembly Delegation's voter outreach activities, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council requests:
1. The Office of the City People's Committee, city departments, sectors, and People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones shall inform voters of documents from ministries, sectors, central agencies, and the City People's Committee responding to voters' opinions and recommendations in the city since the First Session of the 16th National Assembly.
2. Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio and Television, and the City's Electronic Information Portal shall publish the contents of responses from ministries, sectors, central agencies, and the City People's Committee to voters' opinions and recommendations in Hai Phong City from the First Session of the 16th National Assembly until now. Publication period: from September 22, 2026 to September 24, 2026.
At the same time, inform voters about the results of the resolution and responses from competent agencies, organizations, and individuals at the central level and the City People's Committee regarding voters' recommendations submitted after the First Session of the 16th National Assembly (with attached content).
3. Agencies, units, and localities are requested to access the QR code below to download documents from ministries, sectors, and central agencies responding to voters' opinions and recommendations in the city (the document's serial number is assigned according to the serial number of voters' opinions and recommendations in Appendix 1) and documents from the City People's Committee responding to voters' opinions and recommendations (Appendix 2).

Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation: 100% of voters' recommendations in the city after the First Session of the 16th National Assembly have been responded to by ministries, sectors, and central agencies
Since the First Session of the 16th National Assembly, the Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation has compiled and forwarded 48 recommendations from city voters to the National Assembly's Committee for People's Aspirations and Supervision and to ministries, sectors, and central agencies for consideration, resolution, and response within their authority.
To date, ministries, sectors, and central agencies have issued 21 documents responding to 48 recommendations, achieving a 100% rate. The responses closely adhere to voters' recommendations, are concise, clear, and specify the responsibilities of the competent agencies; they also propose solutions and directions for handling recommendations within their authority.
In addition, the Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation has forwarded 08 opinions and recommendations from voters to the Hai Phong City People's Committee for consideration, resolution, and response within its authority. To date, the City People's Committee has issued documents responding to 08 recommendations, achieving a 100% rate. The responses have focused on clarifying issues within the city's jurisdiction, thereby promptly providing information and addressing voters' concerns./.
