Chairman of the City People's Committee said that currently in terms of legal status, the Company is still in operating status, has not gone through bankruptcy procedures, or terminated the implementation of the Project. The City requires the Company's departments to perform a single task: to deliver goods and collect money in case the buyer accepts payment; At the same time, work with the city to resolve existing problems; do not continue to organize production.
