(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Implementing Resolution No. 28-NQ/TU dated November 10, 2009 of the City Party Committee's Standing Committee on "Building, consolidating and developing Party organizations and unions in various types of non-state enterprises, cooperatives, and non-public service units". On the morning of March 6, the City Business Sector Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish a Cell of ISM Vietnam Maritime Services Joint Stock Company. Comrade Do Quang Khoa, Secretary of the City Business Sector Party Committee, chaired the announcement ceremony.

According to the Decision of the Party Committee of the City Business Sector: Establishment of the Cell of ISM Vietnam Maritime Services Joint Stock Company. The cell of ISM Vietnam Maritime Services Joint Stock Company is a grassroots cell and has its own seal. Appoint the Party Committee of ISM Vietnam Maritime Services Joint Stock Company, term 2020 - 2025, including 3 comrades. Appoint comrade Do Ngoc Hoai, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of the Company to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary.

ISM Vietnam Maritime Services Joint Stock Company's production and business line is the service of sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad (sending seafarers to work on ships operating on international routes). The Company's business operations are stable every year, with revenue, the Company operates effectively, implements well the salary regime and policies for employees, does not leave insurance debt, and strictly performs tax obligations to the State.

Speaking at the Announcement Ceremony, Mr. Do Quang Khoa, Secretary of the City Business Sector Party Committee, congratulated the Cell of ISM Vietnam Maritime Services Joint Stock Company and affirmed that the establishment of the Party organization at the Company has met the aspirations of the party members and employees working here. When in operation, the Party Cell will affirm its role as a political nucleus, leading and propagating and mobilizing members of the Company to seriously implement all policies and guidelines of the Party and legal policies of the State.
Comrade Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Business Sector requested the Party Cell to soon develop regulations and action programs; Focus on training resources and recruiting new party members; seriously implement Party cell activities according to the provisions of the Party Charter; Do a good job in political and ideological work, thereby building a clean and strong Party cell, contributing to stability, expanding business activities, and well implementing policies towards workers and obligations to the State.
