Conference to announce Decisions.
At the Conference, the City People's Committee Office announced Decision No. 295/QD-UBND dated January 30, 2024 of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on the establishment of a Working Group to measure and draw the current state of housing and land of housing and land facilities; Determine the area of architectural works renovated, repaired and changed to the previous status of state-owned housing and land facilities managed by Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited. The working group is headed by Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy Chief of the City People's Committee Office.

Announcement of Decision No. 345/QD-UBND dated February 2, 2024 of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on the establishment of an interdisciplinary working group to help the People's Committee of Do Son district complete the lawsuit file to the Court to request the return of the premises to the State and the file to handle administrative violations in cases of land and construction violations. The working group is headed by Mr. Tran Khac Kien, Chairman of Do Son District People's Committee.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho emphasized: the promulgation of the above Decisions aims to better implement state management of land and construction. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the Working Groups to develop plans to seriously implement the Decisions of the Chairman of the City People's Committee; Implement the contents of the Decisions according to the roadmap, ensuring on schedule and according to the provisions of law. Do Son district assignment continues to strengthen propaganda work to persuade households to hand over the premises.
