(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung has just signed Decision 4432/QD-UBND to establish a Steering Committee to coordinate the implementation of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway construction investment project passing through Hai Phong city, headed by Mr. Nguyen Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee.
