(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The City People's Committee has just issued a Decision to establish a Steering Committee for renovating and rebuilding apartment buildings; Safe and effective water supply and urban beautification in the city with the Chairman of the City People's Committee as Head; The Director of the Department of Construction is the Deputy Head of the Department.
