Delegates attending the Conference at Hai Phong city bridge.(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of July 30, the Government organized a national online conference to thoroughly grasp and implement a number of Laws and Resolutions of the 15th National Assembly. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the Conference. This is the first Conference, a new way of the Government and the National Assembly Standing Committee in implementing Laws and Resolutions of the National Assembly. Also attending the Conference were Deputy Prime Minister and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh.

At the Hai Phong city bridge, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung attended and chaired the Conference. Also attending were leaders of the city's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the city's People's Court, the city's People's Procuracy, departments, agencies and branches.
In his Opening Speech, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated that building and perfecting institutions is one of three strategic breakthroughs and major policies of the Party and State. From the beginning of the term until now, the Government has organized 28 thematic sessions on law making; giving opinions, reviewing and approving more than 100 proposals to develop Laws and Law Projects; issued more than 380 Decrees; The Prime Minister has issued nearly 90 legal decisions.
At its Sessions, the 15th National Assembly passed a large number of Laws and Resolutions (over 60 documents), including many important Laws and Resolutions such as: Land Law, Real Estate Business Law, Housing Law, Law on Credit Institutions, Road Law, Resolutions piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of provinces and cities. At its 7th Session alone, the National Assembly passed 11 Laws and 02 normative Resolutions; 01 Resolution on the Program for developing laws and ordinances in 2025, adjusting the Program for developing laws and ordinances in 2024 and 9 Resolutions on socio-economic management.

Accordingly, the Conference thoroughly heard the main contents, new points and the situation of preparation, implementation and enforcement of Laws and Resolutions of the 15th National Assembly, including Resolution No. 129/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the 2025 Law and Ordinance Building Program, adjusting the 2024 Law and Ordinance Building Program; Regulation No. 178-QD/TW dated June 27, 2024 of the Central Executive Committee on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in lawmaking; Land Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, Credit Institutions Law, Road Law, Road Traffic Safety and Order Law and preparation of resources for implementation, proposals, recommendations, Social Insurance Law, Capital Law./.
