(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of November 26, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Head of the Prime Minister's Administrative Procedure Reform Working Group, worked directly and online with 03 Ministries (Defense, Foreign Affairs, Information and Communications) and 08 localities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Tay Ninh). From the beginning of the term until now, the Government and the Prime Minister have issued programs, projects, and plans with tasks, solutions, and targets for implementation until 2025 to strongly reform administrative procedures regulations and improve the efficiency of resolving administrative procedures and providing public services to serve people and businesses. Regarding reform of implementation and resolution of administrative procedures and provision of public services, ministries and localities have made efforts to implement this work and achieved some outstanding results: Receiving and resolving administrative procedure dossiers on the Administrative Procedures Resolution Information System and synchronization with the National Public Service Portal is done quite well (Can Tho). Specialized databases and information systems for resolving administrative procedures at ministerial and provincial levels have been connected to the National Public Service Portal and many other information systems and databases. Regarding internal administrative procedures according to Decision No. 1085 of the Prime Minister and Instruction No. 6828 of the Government Office, Hai Phong city in 2023 announced 43 internal administrative procedures and approved simplification plans for 11/43 announced administrative procedures, reaching a rate of 25.6%. From January 2024 until now, Hai Phong city continues to announce 305 internal administrative procedures in 17 fields, bringing the total number of internal administrative procedures announced by the city to 348.
