The Vice Chairman said that Hai Phong city is very fortunate to receive help from the Japanese government, especially in being given priority in using ODA capital. Among them, there are many projects and works that symbolize the relationship between Vietnam and Japan such as: Binh Bridge, Tan Vu - Lach Huyen Bridge... In the coming time, the Vice President expressed his hope that the two sides will promote cooperation in more fields. At the same time, we commit that the city is ready to accompany Japanese businesses when investing in Hai Phong.
