(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of September 4, the inspection team led by Mr. Duong Chi Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Health Environmental Management, Ministry of Health, along with representatives of ministries and central branches, inspected the entry management, quarantine and medical supervision of experts entering Vietnam to work in Hai Phong city.

Currently, the city has 1 medical facility and 8 hotels qualified to serve centralized medical quarantine for experts from abroad working in the city. As of August 20, there were 1,333 people entering and quarantined in Hai Phong, 2,280 people entering and quarantined in other provinces/cities then returning to Hai Phong to work. These cases come from 11 countries around the world. From now until the end of 2020, it is expected that 2,258 experts will enter the country to work in Hai Phong, many of them from LG Group (870 people) and Flat Company Limited (358 people).
