The Department of Business Registration Management has launched a Virtual Assistant for Business Registration applying artificial intelligence technology for users on the National Business Registration Portal.
This is a new breakthrough in the application of modern technology in the management and support of business registration, marking the pioneering of the Department of Business Registration Management in integrating AI technology into the business registration system of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
The National Business Registration Portal is an important online platform where organizations and individuals can register businesses online, look up information on business registration and serve business registration nationwide.
With the support of the Virtual Assistant on business registration, users will have all questions related to business registration information answered. In addition, the Virtual Assistant also provides detailed instructions on documents, business registration procedures, business households... as well as providing information on legal documents and how to handle common problems on the Portal. A notable difference of the Virtual Assistant for business registration on the National Business Registration Portal is its ability to understand the context of user queries, helping to provide accurate answers with full citations from a data warehouse of thousands of pages of professional documents of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
