Implementing the instructions of the City Party Committee and People's Committee on accelerating the progress of implementing the Ho Sen Road - Rao Bridge 2 Project, phase 2 from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con intersection, up to now, Le Chan district has completed land clearance of households within the project scope in 2 wards: Hang Kenh and Du Hang.

The model implementation period is from August 26, 2020 until the project is completed, focusing on the following contents: extensive propaganda and mobilization in many forms to households whose land is recovered in the project area to receive compensation and hand over the site on schedule. Grasp the thoughts, feelings, aspirations and recommendations of the people, promptly reflect them to the Party Committee and the government for resolution to ensure the people's legitimate rights and interests. Carry out the function of supervising the implementation of legal regulations on site clearance work to households, thereby highlighting the roles and responsibilities of officers performing tasks in site clearance work, ensuring policies to support people according to regulations.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and district political organizations established 5 Working Groups headed by the Heads of the units; synthesize, capture, and collect information, suggestions, and recommendations from people whose land has been recovered from working groups, promptly evaluate, analyze, and deploy appropriate tasks; Periodically report to the Standing District Party Committee on the progress and effectiveness of model implementation.
