(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of December 14, Le Chan district held a groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to build technical infrastructure of resettlement area A51 in residential groups 24, 26 and 27, Vinh Niem ward. The project aims to serve site clearance and resettlement arrangements for households whose land is located within the recovery boundary to implement the Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road construction project (phase 2 - section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con intersection) and a number of other projects in the district.
The project has a scale of 10.27 hectares, total investment of nearly 300 billion VND with synchronous and modern infrastructure and techniques such as roads, sidewalks, sewers, lighting, and trees. The entire water supply, drainage, electricity, lighting, and telecommunications cable systems are synchronously underground; Along both sides of the sidewalk, green trees are planted to ensure environmental landscape and urban civilization... The project is invested and divided into 23 zones, which can arrange resettlement for 780 households with an area from 40m2 to 70m2.
Speaking at the Groundbreaking Ceremony, Mr. Le Trung Kien, Secretary of the Le Chan District Party Committee, emphasized that in recent times, Le Chan district has focused heavily on site clearance for the resettlement project to contribute to speeding up the completion of the Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 route project. Up to now, the project has basically completed site clearance and handed over to the construction contractor. Currently, construction units are actively implementing implementation on a rolling basis, synchronizing infrastructure to hand over land to households for early resettlement.
