(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The City People's Committee has just issued Plan 140/KH-UBND Launching the emulation movement to successfully implement the 2022 theme "Promoting urban embellishment and modernization - Building model new rural areas - Implementing digital transformation".
According to the content of the Plan, the City People's Committee requires units and localities to organize emulation campaigns on the basis of closely following the main task targets on political tasks, socio-economic development, QPAN of the city, units and localities in 2022. Continue to carry out emulation movements to successfully implement the annual socio-economic development tasks and the 5-year Plan (2021 - 2025) according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and the Resolution of the 16th City Party Congress, emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister.
Focus on key indicators such as: GRDP growth rate (2010 comparative prices) increasing by 13% or more compared to 2021; GRDP per capita (at current prices) reached 7,300 USD; The index of industrial production (IIP) increased by 19% - 20%; State budget revenue in the area reached nearly 106 trillion VND, of which domestic revenue was 41 trillion VND; Total investment capital mobilized by the whole society reached 200 trillion VND; output of goods through the Port reached 168 million tons; export turnover reached 31 billion USD; attracting tourists reaching about 4.53 million visitors; 100% of districts meet new rural standards; attracting 2.5 - 3.0 billion USD of foreign direct investment (FDI)... Accordingly, based on local characteristics, the organizing unit launches tea movements.o Compete by topic, solve urgent key issues, outstanding issues, difficulties...
The emulation movement will be carried out from now until the end of December 2022, in which the roles and responsibilities of Party committees, the Emulation and Commendation Council and heads of units and localities must be enhanced in organizing and implementing emulation movements. Strengthen the close and synchronous coordination between the Party Committee, the Government, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations... On the other hand, the emulation movement must be carried out synchronously, regularly and continuously, with a key focus, practical content, specific criteria, rewarding the right subjects, the right achievements, ensuring the principles of openness and objectivity.
