On the morning of June 15, Comrade Le Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee heard reports about the Hai Phong Chuo Vietnam Hotel Project in Lach Tray River Urban Area, Le Chan District and the Hai Phong Sakura Club Golf Course Project in Truong Thanh Commune and An Tien Commune, An Lao District. Also attending were Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam and leaders of relevant departments and branches.
Hai Phong Chuo Vietnam hotel project belongs to the Lach Tray Riverfront Urban project, Vinh Niem ward, Le Chan district, invested by Chuo Vietnam Co., Ltd. The project is built on an area of 25.78 hectares, with two blocks arranged in a V shape, 21 floors high and 1 basement. The main functional blocks include: a high-rise block in a high-end hotel with 270 rooms and a high-rise block in an extended-stay hotel with 182 rooms. These two blocks are connected by a 3-storey podium with the function of public service spaces and other amenities. The public service block includes: lobby space, commercial services, restaurants, service areas, staff, entertainment areas, health care and other amenities. With beautiful architectural form, there are advantages in gThe vision, light, wind and privacy of the rooms and apartments, the highly symbolic project, will be an architectural highlight in the south of the city. The project is expected to be completed and put into use in 2018.
