At the Conference, delegates heard the content of the Cooperative Law 2023 and new policies affecting collective economic development according to Resolutions No. 18, 19, 20 of the Party Central Committee, term XIII; Action Program No. 53CTr/TU of the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee; Operational situation in the first 9 months of 2023 of member units of the City Cooperative Alliance in the districts: Ngo Quyen, Hong Bang, Le Chan, Hai An, Cat Hai.
According to statistics, regarding member units of the City Cooperative Alliance in the areas: Ngo Quyen, Hong Bang, Le Chan, Hai An, Cat Hai, there are currently 68 active cooperatives and member businesses, the majority of units operating in the fields of industry, commercial services, transportation, and construction.

Many cooperatives operate in multiple fields and industries; After the COVID - 19 pandemic, there has been a change in the direction of serving member economic development in accordance with the principles, through saving costs and improving production and business efficiency; Initially performing the role of supporting economic development of members, strengthening the connection within the cooperative and between the cooperative and other business organizations.
