The Government has just issued Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP on main tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness in 2024.

In Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP, the Government has proposed 07 groups of key solutions for implementation, including:
1. Removing legal inadequacies in implementing investment projects
2. Improve the quality of reform of the list of conditional investment and business industries and business conditions
3. Improve management efficiency, promote reform of specialized inspection activities for goods and effectively deploy the National Single Window Information Portal
4. Strengthen the application of information technology, interoperability, and data sharing between state agencies to improve the efficiency of administrative procedures.
5. Increase the ability to access and absorb capital for businesses
6. Complete policies to promote businesses to invest, produce and do business associated with innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, towards sustainable development
7. Improve the quality of business development services
The Government requires Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies, and Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to identify improving the business environment as a key priority task; Directly direct and be responsible to the Government and Prime Minister for the results of implementing the Resolution.
Before January 20, 2024, develop and promulgate a Program, Action Plan, and specific documents to implement this Resolution, which specifically identify goals, tasks, implementation progress, expected results for each task and assign a unit to preside over implementation, send to the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Government Office to report to the Prime Minister./.
